½ packet of cornstarch biscuit
1 cup cream cheese (Philadelphia type) or cream cheese
1 cup of creamy guava
How to make Romeo and Juliet from a cup:
It's very simple to make this sweet Romeo and Juliet! Start by crushing the cornstarch biscuit in a blender or with a punch. You can beat it until it becomes crumbly or leave it with pieces, as you prefer.
To assemble the dessert start by distributing 1-2 tablespoons of crushed biscuits into the cups. On top of the biscuit add 2 tablespoons of cheese and, on top of this, 2 tablespoons of guava paste.
Repeat layers of biscuit, cheese and guava paste until you reach the top and decorate to taste. Reserve the Romeo and Juliet dessert in a small cup in the fridge until serving and enjoy! Pretty easy to do, isn't it?
