Ingredients for making functional cheese bread with chia:

 250 grams of sour powder

 250 grams of crumbled Minas cheese

 ½ cup skim milk

 40 grams of ghee (clarified butter)

 2 small egg units

 1½ tablespoons of chia seeds

 1 coffee spoon of salt

How to make functional cheese bread with chia:

The first step in this functional bread recipe is to heat the milk and ghee butter, in a pan or microwave, until it boils.

In a bowl, place the powder and salt and blanch with the boiling milk. Stir with a spoon and, as soon as the temperature is more pleasant, knead with your hands.

Add the eggs one by one, the cheese and the chia, and mix in very well, until you get a smooth finish that doesn't stick to your hands.

Shape into balls, place on a greased oven tray, and bake in the oven at 180ÂșC for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
