Fried Potato Recipe
Polka-dot potatoes are small potatoes that can be served whole and in different ways. In addition to being popular in pickles, barbecues and birthdays, they can also be fried, a different option than potato chips. Ingredients for making Fried Potatoes:
8 units of potato balls
sunflower oil
salt
How to Make Fried Potatoes:
Before frying the potato balls, start by gathering the necessary ingredients.
Then, to soften the potatoes, heat a pan of water and a little salt over medium heat, and cook the washed potatoes there for 25 minutes.
After the previous step, drain and dry the potatoes, and fry them in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until they are golden and crunchy.
Drain excess oil from the potatoes by placing them on a plate with absorbent paper, and sprinkle with fine salt. Serve the fried potato as an accompaniment to, for example, grilled steak or grilled salmon with orange and, if you like, complete with aioli sauce or mayonnaise. Enjoy your food!
